1. About the water filter

Softening filter The Automatic Classic AMK-E with self-flushing function is the ideal choice for those who want to effectively remove "hard" salts (softening of the water) and reduce small amounts of excess ammonium, manganese and iron by ion exchange. The filter material (cationite) collects these salts and removes them to the drain (sewer) during the filter's automatic regeneration. 2. Usage

Classic AMK-E automatinis Minkštinimo filtras veikia vieno darbo režimu (Single mode). Jie yra reikalingi, kai vandenyje yra padidėjęs kietumas arba didelis geležies, amonio ar mangano kiekis. Šie filtrai tinkami naudoti įvairiose vietose, tokiose kaip butai, kavinės, kotedžai, privatūs namai ir kt., kur per mėnesį sunaudojamas vandens kiekis yra nuo 1 iki 30 m³. Jie naudojami siekiant apsaugoti vandens šildymo įrenginius, santechninę įrangą, buitinę techniką (indaploves, skalbimo mašinas, vandens šildymo įrenginius) ir t. t., pagerinant vartojamo vandens savybes.

3. Equipment set-up

3.1 The filter is equipped with a fully automatic control valve that regenerates the filter according to the actual water consumption. The operating principle, structure, adjustment and setting are given in the operating instructions.

3.2 The 'base' of the filtration equipment is a housing made of reinforced polyacrylic, which meets all the hygiene, safety and technological standards.

3.3 Filtration media: cationite.

3.4 An integrated tank size for salt brine is 75 liters. The tank is complete, including salt suction, water filling, overfill protection mechanisms and connections.

3.5 The equipment includes 25 kg of crushed salt regesal (NaCl.) for the preparation of the regeneration liquid.

3.6 Available option with a raw water bypass line (By-Pass valve).

4. Installation of the filter.

The installation work shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION, SETUP, COMMISSIONING AND WARRANTY SERVICE OF AUTOMATIC FOG FILTERS", which is supplied with the equipment.
