Water filter against iron and lime ROOS/AMS-CI

1. The purpose of a water filter.

Water filter against iron and lime ROOS/AMS-CI is automatically regenerated (self-cleaning) to remove excess iron, manganese, ammonium, colour (permanganate index) and "hardness" (lime) from the water. The accumulated impurities in the filter media are periodically (the frequency depends on the actual water consumption) removed to the drainage (sewer) during the regeneration of the filter process. 2. Usage

Water filter against iron and lime ROOS/AMS-CI works by single operating mode. This water filter is required when high water hardness, elevated levels of iron, manganese, ammonium and/or a visible, unwanted water colour are found in the water. The unit can be used in apartments, cafes, cottages, private homes and anywhere else where the monthly water consumption is between 3-25m³*. These filters are used to protect water heating equipment (boilers), sanitary equipment, household appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, water heating equipment), etc. and to improve the quality of the used water.

3. Equipment set-up

3.1 The filter is equipped with the most complete automatic control valve "Clack Corporation", USA, WS1CIwhich performs filter regenerations based on actual water consumption. The operating principle, structure, adjustment and setting are given in the Instruction Manual.

3.2 The 'base' of the filtration equipment is pressurised housings made of reinforced polyacrylic. The products meet all of the hygiene, safety and technological requirements.

3.3 Filter media: a blend of 5 filter medias with universal and unique properties and functions.

3.4. Separate container for salt Clack Corporation, USA, which size is 100 litres. Its purpose is to "prepare" salt brine for regeneration process. The container is fully equipped (salt suction, water filling, overflow protection mechanisms and connections).

3.5 The unit includes 25 kg of crushed salt regesal (NaCl.) for the preparation of the regeneration solution.

3.6 Optionally available with a untreated water valve (By-Pass valve), “Clack Corporation”, JAV

4. Installation of the filter.
