Reverse osmosis system for industry RO-1500

1. About the filter

The RO-1500 industrial reverse osmosis system is designed to produce high quality water. The osmosis is used in industries such as: car washes, alcohol production, window cleaning, food production, etc.

2. Usage

Industrial water treatment systems can be used in apartments, cottages, private houses, etc. The quality of the water entering the reverse osmosis system must meet minimum water quality requirements (see below)

3. Equipment set-up

Reverse osmosis system for industry RO-1500 operational uses:

First stage

Mechanical cleaning filter FCPS-L 5 micron 20" height. The purpose of this filter is to trap mechanical particles (sand, gravel, dirt, rust, etc.) larger than 5 microns.

Second stage

Activated carbon filter FCCBL-L 20" height. The purpose of the filter is to protect the filter membrane from chlorine, organic compounds and microorganisms.

Third stage

Membrane. This is the main stage of a filtration system. The key advantage of this reverse osmosis system is the high capacity membrane. The capacity is up to 0,45m3/h. Model ULP 21-4040 (Ultra Low Pressure) manufactured by DOW USA.

4. Installation of the filter.

Installation is carried out by a qualified technician or on your own in accordance with the requirements of the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE" supplied with the equipment.
