1. About the filter
Direct flow reverse osmosis system RO-400-8 is designed to produce the highest quality drinking water by reverse osmosis technology (for more information on how reverse osmosis works, see. here.
2. Usage
This water purification systems can be used in apartments, cottages, private houses, etc. The quality of the water entering the reverse osmosis system must meet the minimum water quality requirements (see below)
3. Equipment set-up
Reverse osmosis filters RO-400-8 direct flow uses:
First stage
5 Microns mechanical cleaning cartridge filter FCPS5. The function of this filter is to trap mechanical particles (sand, gravel, dirt, rust, etc.) that are larger than 5 microns.
Second stage
Carbon cartridge filter FCCBL. The purpose of this filtration stage is to clear chlorine, organic compounds and microorganisms from the water.
Third stage
1 Micron mechanical cleaning cartridge filter FCPS1. The function of this filter is to trap mechanical particles (sand, gravel, dirt, rust, etc.) that are smaller than 5 microns but larger than 1micron.
Fourth stage
Membrane. This is the main stage of a filtration in any reverse osmosis system. The key difference of this reverse osmosis system is the high performance membrane which capacity is up to 1,05 l/min. The model name is 400GPD.
Fifth stage
Cartridge filter element of activated carbon AICRO. It is installed between the membrane and the mineral granules filter element.
Sixth stage
Cartridge mineral granule filter element AIMRO. It is placed between the activated carbon granule filter element and the bioenergy element to precisely complete the treatment of drinking water by enriching it with minerals.
Seventh stage
Cartridge filter AIFIR200 element is designed to alkalinise drinking water and saturate it with minerals. It is placed between the AIMRO mineral cartridge and the cartridge AIFIR2000to obtain a low oxidation-reduction potential ORP (-100mV) and to increase the PH of the water.
Eighth stage
Cartridge filter AIFIR2000 element is designed to ionise and structure drinking water. It is placed between the bioceramic cartridge AIFIR200 and the water faucet.
4. Installation of the filter.
Installation is carried out by a qualified technician or on your own in accordance with the requirements of the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE" supplied with the equipment.
