1. About the filter

The filtration system can produce up to 279 l/day clear water. Due to the low water production, an additional tank is built next to reverse osmosis, which fills up while the tap is not opened and nobody uses water.

2. Usage

This water purification systems can be used in apartments, cottages, private houses, etc. The quality of the water entering the reverse osmosis system must meet the minimum water quality requirements (see below)

3. Equipment set-up

The RO-14MB seven-stage reverse osmosis filter uses:

First stage

5 Microns mechanical cleaning cartridge filter FCPS5. The function of this filter is to trap mechanical particles (sand, gravel, dirt, rust, etc.) that are larger than 5 microns.

Second stage

Carbon cartridge filter FCCBL. The function of the filter is to protect the filter membrane and the water itself from chlorine, organic compounds and microorganisms.

Third stage

1 Micron mechanical cleaning cartridge filter FCPS1. The function of this filter is to trap mechanical particles (sand, gravel, dirt, rust, etc.) that are smaller than 5 microns but larger than 1micron.

Fourth stage

Membrane. This is the main stage of a filtration system. The reverse osmosis membrane has a capacity of up to 279 ltr/day. Model - Vontron ULP-75GPD.

Fifth stage

Cartridge filter element of activated carbon AICRO. It is placed between the membrane and the mineralisation cartridges to improve the taste of water.

Sixth stage

Cartridge mineral granule filter element AIMRO. It is installed between the activated carbon granule filter element and the drinking faucet to precisely complete the treatment of drinking water by enriching it with minerals.

4. Installation of the filter.

Installation is carried out by a qualified technician or on your own in accordance with the requirements of the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE" supplied with the equipment.
