1. About the water filter

Automatiškai regeneruojamas (savaime atsiplaunantys) kalkių šalinimo filtras Clack skirti šalinti iš vandens „kietumo“ druskas (vandens minkštinimas), t.p. nedidelius amonio, mangano bei geležies kiekių perteklius, jonų mainų būdu. 2. Usage

Automatinis kalkių šalinimo filtras Clack 18/25/30/40-E veikia single mode. This water filter is needed if a person wants to clean water from excessive amounts of lime, iron, ammonium, or manganese. Softeners can be used in apartments, cafes, cottages, private houses, and anywhere else where the monthly water consumption is between 2 and 35m³ (see table at the bottom of the description for details of the suitability of the filters). The filters are used to protect water heating equipment (boilers), sanitary equipment, and household appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, water heating equipment). It is also used to improve the quality of water.

3. Equipment set-up

3.1. Kalkių šalinimo filtras Clack sukomplektuotas pilniausiai automatiniu valdymo vožtuvu „Clack Corporation”, JAV, WS1CI or WS1EI that manages filter regenerations (backwashing) based on actual water consumption. The operating principle, structure, adjustment and setting are given in the Instruction Manual.

3.2 The 'base' of the filtration equipment is pressurised housings made of reinforced polyacrylic. The products meet all of the hygiene, safety and technological requirements.

3.3 Filtration media:  cationite „Dowex”, JAV

3.4. Integruota talpa „Clack Corporation”, JAV, 100 litrų druskos tirpalui paruošti. Talpa pilnai sukomplektuota (druskos pasiurbimo, vandens užpilimo, apsauga nuo vandens perpylimo mechanizmais bei jungtimis).

3.5 The unit includes 25 kg of crushed salt regesal (NaCl.) for the preparation of the regeneration solution.

3.6 Optionally available with a untreated water valve (By-Pass valve), „Clack Corporation”, JAV.

4. Installation of the filter.

Kalkių šalinimo filtras Clack turi būti montuojamas laikantis „Automatinių užpilamūjų filtrų montavimo, nustatymo, paleidimo eksploatacijai ir garantinio aptarnavimo INSTRUKCIJA“ reikalavimų, kuri pristatoma kartu su įranga.
